How do I start purchasing?
Choose a product in the plan list, click Buy, thenSign in to your account. Check the plan, price and details before paying. Delivery details appear in your orders.
How do I get an account?
When Telegram login is enabled, authorization can create a regular account. Otherwise, contact support. Existing users should sign in with their password, then link Telegram in security settings.
Why are eSIM and energy balances separate?
eSIM uses USDT; energy rental uses TRX. Your wallet and transaction history show each currency separately. Check the relevant balance before purchasing.
What if the order is not immediately confirmed?
Check your order or refresh its status first. If the connection fails, keep checking this order instead of purchasing again. Contact support if the result remains unclear.

How do I choose coverage?
Use the plan's actual list of supported countries and regions. The exit IP location does not determine where the plan works.
How do I check device support?
Check manufacturer and carrier information for your model, sales region and network restrictions. Read the plan's installation requirements before purchase.
Do all registration SIMs include a number?
No. Registration SIMs come with or without a phone number. Versions without a number provide data only. Check the selected version if you need a number or verification SMS.
Where are delivery details and renewals?
Find delivery details in your account's order details. Eligible plans offer renewal options; prices and validity are shown at confirmation.

Which amounts and rental periods are available?
Common options are 65,000 and 131,000 energy for 1 hour. Actual requirements depend on your wallet; a fixed number of transfers is not guaranteed.
Does rental include activation and bandwidth?
No. Activate the receiving address first. Bandwidth and other transaction fees must be provided separately by your wallet.
What if the price changes at submission?
Prices may change and will be checked before payment. Confirm any change in the amount; a failed check will not charge your balance.
Which currency do I pay with?
Energy quotes, payments and refunds use TRX without USDT conversion. Sign in and check your TRX balance first.
